Charge: The Member Engagement Committee will strengthen connections within the IACP community by developing member-only virtual meetings and offering diverse engagement opportunities that consider language and time zones. The committee will encourage active use of the Member Portal through discussion forums and leader board strategies while establishing a comprehensive onboarding system that welcomes new members through a blend of digital tools and personal outreach.
