IACP has adopted these Ethics and Standards to promote the essential elements of Collaborative Practice and to establish core principles and requirements designed to advance


  • Consistency of practice
  • A common set of expectations for professionals and clients
  • A high level of integrity for the benefit of clients


IACP is not a regulatory body. These Ethics and Standards for Collaborative Practice do not form a basis for determining whether a practitioner is subject to legal liability or disciplinary action.
