Linda Fieldstone, M.Ed., former Supervisor of Family Court Services of the 11th Judicial Circuit, Florida, is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator and Florida Qualified Parenting Coordinator currently in private practice in Family Resolutions, LLC. Ms. Fieldstone is Past-President of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC) and Past President of its Florida Chapter (FLAFCC). She served on numerous Florida Bar and Florida Supreme Court Committees on Parenting Coordination, and was Secretary of the AFCC Task Force on Parenting Coordination, which provided Guidelines for Parenting Coordination in 2005. Ms. Fieldstone has been involved in research involving coordination services, provided numerous trainings both statewide and nationally on subjects related to high conflict families and the court, consulted on court services implementation to international program providers, and written articles on high conflict families, family court services, empirically based parenting plans and parenting coordination. Most recently, she initiated the creation of the ACR and FLAFCC Task Forces on Eldercaring Coordination, which used the Parenting Coordination model to develop a process to benefit elders involved with high conflict families; five states including Florida are currently piloting the project. She has been a strong proponent of Collaborative Law Practice, both from her previous position within the court, and now as Mediator and Neutral in the process. Ms. Fieldstone is participating in a unique court/community collaboration to provide Collaborative Practice to families on a pro bono basis, expanding the access to Collaborative Practice to all those in need.
