Divorce causes loss on many levels. That is a reality. Imagine a divorce process that can prevent further loss and allow people to transition in a smart, effective way, with respect and dignity and even healing.

As a Miami native, I graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami in 1975 with a Bachelors in Business Administration, having majored in Accounting. I graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 1978 and have been practicing law ever since. I have handled all types of family cases, in addition to having an appellate practice during my career.

My many years of experience representing people who are getting divorced have taught me that the greatest gift they can give to their children and to themselves is peace through the resolution of their case. Settled cases not only minimize difficulty for children, they also preserve the family's finances so that money can be used for the family's needs. That is why I am committed to the practice of collaborative divorce.
