Dear Colleagues,
My name is Betsy Vázquez, and I am a Collaborative Divorce, Estate Planning before, during & after divorce, Elder Law Attorney, Personal Family Lawyer®, and Family/County Mediator, (Abogada Colaborativa de Divorcio y Mediadora). Founder and President of Hispano Collaborative Professionals (HCP), the Nation's First Hispanic Collaborative practice group. Our practice group is comprised of Spanish-speaking professionals that serve Hispanic communities to resolve conflicts in a better and healthier way. I also help families during and post-divorce create a comprehensive estate plan so that their families stay out of court and out of conflict coupled with their legacy.

I'm a native Floridian of Cuban descent, fluent in Spanish and English, and a proud mother of three children. I wholeheartedly believe in the Collaborative process after personally enduring a highly conflictive, seven-year-long, cost-prohibitive divorce.
