After litigating family law cases for 15 years, I have spent the last 19 years of my practice exclusively in out-of-court, non-adversarial processes, to include collaborative practice, family law mediation and other unbundled services. I have been a certified family mediator for over 20 years. I am a founding member of and served on the board of the Broward County collaborative practice group for 10 years. I am on the board of directors of the Florida state-wide collaborative organization. I have been a presenter and/or trainer at multiple conferences on the local, state and national levels. I authored a chapter in the book entitled Building a Successful Collaborative Family Law Practice published in 2018 by the American Bar Association.
