Comments: As a collaborative attorney and mediator, I see my role as an advocate for my client and a support for both parties through the transition that will carry them and their children into a new pattern of living. Through collaboration, couples have the opportunity to work with a team of professional who can assist them in developing the skills they will need to successfully co-parent their children, and will find reassurance that their financial and other concerns are being heard and addressed by devoted, experienced professionals.
