I have not had the opportunity to engage in the collaborative process as much as I would like to. While I have only been able to engage in, but successfully completed, 2 collaborative family cases over the past 5 years, I firmly believe that the landscape of the legal practice relating to family law is in desperate need of repair and the collaborative process is the answer.
