Charge: The Fundraising Committee will enhance IACP’s overall development strategy by revising the individual donor program, strengthening event and activity sponsorships, and expanding strategic partnerships that increase brand awareness and non-dues revenue. The committee will also advise and collaborate with the Executive Director on engaging a contractor to build a robust non-dues revenue program and identify grant opportunities aligned with IACP’s mission and goals.
