A unique training and experience background makes Brett Degoldi an Australian leader in psychology and family law. He completed his Ph.D in psychology, before turning to a career in family law. An Australian trained lawyer, Dr Degoldi has recently returned from Vancouver, Canada where he trained in collaborative family law since 2004. He is a Founding Member of a Perth (Australia) Collaborative Family Law Group. He currently practises family law and collaborative family law in Perth, Australia. He is Founding Director, Collaborative Divorce Australia Pty Ltd; Collaborative Divorce Australia (CDA) was incorporated in 2006 to provide collaborative divorce education and training, for family lawyers, family dispute counselors, and the community; the CDA model is an interdisciplinary model designed specifically for Australian jurisdictions; CDA promotes interdisciplinary collaborative family law.
