I first learned of collaborative law in 2004 and completed the training within a few months. I believe collaborative law is a wonderful addition to the approach options clients have to resolve their disputes; providing them with the opportunity to learn how to resolve their conflicts using an interest based process with the aid of non-adversarial attorneys and specialists.
