Comments

As a lawyer for twenty-five years who has had hundreds of trials and numerous appeals, I know that the collaborative process is a welcome and innovative way for people to resolve disputes. This process is not for every case, but will help many people be able to move through the legal process in an efficient and dignified way. It allows the clients to help control and shape the outcome. After all, it is only the professional's case, it is your life.
