Lawrence N. Rothbart, Esq. is an experienced attorney with years of divorce mediation experience. After spending more than twenty years in public service (including 16 years in the Matrimonial Part of the New York State Court System), Larry entered private practice first as Of Counsel to a boutique family law firm and starting in 2007, in his own practice in Downtown Manhattan serving primarily residents of Manhattan and Brooklyn. His practice encompasses, Collaborative Practice, Mediation (both as mediator and supportive/review attorney). Larry has devoted his career to helping individuals over the hurdle of divorce in a respectful and dignified manner in a multitude or processes. His passion and commitment means that separating couples in New York have a humane, thoughtful alternative to the traditional manner in which divorces and family issues have been resolved.
