I have long believed that the family law litigation model is not well-suited to handle the complexity of emotions, concerns, issues and legal matters people seeking to end their relationships encounter. By engaging mediation and other collaborative skills, I hope to work with parties to better prepare them for their changing relationships with each other and their children.
