Neil E. Kozek is a matrimonial litigator in Westchester County New York and suburban New York City. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals ('IACP') and is a founding member of the New York Association of Collaborative Professionals where he continues to serve on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee. Neil is a member of the Association of Collaborative Lawyers of Rockland-Westchester. His practice involves high net worth matters with complex valuation issues, complicated custody and time sharing arrangements as well as a whole range of Family Law Issues. Neil pioneered some of the first legally permissible Lesbian step-parent adoptions in New York State and counsels clients on both traditional and non-traditional family law matters. A partner with the law firm, Kramer Kozek, LLP, Kozek's mission is to help families resolve conflict respectfully with a keen eye toward protecting the interests of children who deserve the best of both of their parents. Mr. Kozek is a partner with 'KRAMER KOZEK, LLP' a premier matrimonial law firm with its primary offices in White Plains, New York. Mr. Kozek practices Collaborative Divorce and continues to litigate when necessary all issues of Family Law. Neil is active in the Westchester County, New York State, American and Westchester Women's Bar Associations. Mr. Kozek has been nominated for membership in 'Best Lawyers in America'.
