I retired from active practice in 2017. Since then, I have continued to train with Collaborative Practice Silicon Valley. I have also written the novel, “The Girl in the Halo,” and am working on a second novel. Both deal with aspects of domestic violence.
The last 18 years of practice was limited to the Collaborative/Mediative resolution of marriages and intra-family estate disputes. I have been active in the collaborative movement since 1995 and continue to train with Collaborative Practice Silicon Valley. I have been a Certified Family Law Specialist since 1980. I have over 150 hours of mediation training as well. I had been selected as a Northern California Super Lawyer, an honor awarded to only 5% of Northern California attorneys.

Comments

My practice has been limited to collaborative practice and mediation since April, 1999. I have been a Collaborative Practice instructor since 2000. In addition to instructing professionals in Santa Clara and surrounding Counties, I have been invited to speak on Collaborative Practice to the State Bar of Idaho and the California Legal Secretaries Institute and Collaborative Practice Groups throughout California. I have presented at the IACP Forum many times.
