Regina Banis

Regina M. Banis is an attorney admitted to practice in the State of South Carolina. She has practiced law in Bluffton and Hilton Head Island since 1994. Regina earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1988, and her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of San Diego in 1992.

Regina is a proponent of Alternative Dispute Resolution as a means of assisting clients in reaching resolutions to their family court disputes. She has been a Certified Family Court Mediator since 2009. Regina has also been certified by the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals as a Collaborative Law Practitioner which allows her to educate, support and guide her clients in settling their family court disputes with minimal court exposure.
