Dignity, Honesty, Integrity, Creative Problem Solving, Complete and Unconditional Respect for All Participants, If Children are Involved Their Welfare is First Priority....

These words and phrases describe Collaborative Family Law and also describe my personal philosophy for how individuals and attorneys can best approach a family law dispute. I became a lawyer to help people; the Collaborative Process allows me to assist individuals to maximize their options and outcomes while maintaining their dignity and respect--for themselves, for the other parent or spouse, and for the legal process itself. Finally, individuals have a choice regarding the process used to resolve their family law dispute.
