Laura Nissolino’s law firm distinguishes itself for the attention it pays to the study and the practice of cases related to human rights. In particular, she is specialised in issues related to family law, consumers’ rights and public liability (professional liability).

To the development of such orientation contributed the experience and the knowledge Laura Nissolino has achieved through attending specialized professional refresher courses and in particular: the 2nd refresher and specialisation course on “Juvenile law and age-of-development issues” at Rome’s Bar Association (1996), the professional training course on Family Law at Rome’s Centro Studi giuridici della Persona (1999), the course on Human Rights Protection organised by Rome’s Bar Association (2000), the refresher seminar on Family Law organised by the Academy for Law Studies – Forensic Initiative (2002), the seminars organised by the National Forensic Insurance and Assistance Fund on Family Law (October-December 2004) and on “Cassation trial: appeal drafting techniques and rules of the process” (April-June 2004), the courses organised by the European Union and delivered in English on “Consumers’ laws and contracts” (December 2005) and on “Public relations and lobbying” (June 2006).

She attended the dedicated course and has been certified as a “Lawyer specialized in family mediation” by the National Union of Civil Chambers in 2000. Since 2002, along with clinical psychologists and consultants with Rome’s Law Court, she has organized and taught counseling courses for families on relationship handling after separation or divorce on the topics of “Separation and divorce: the couple ends but the family goes on” and “Beyond separation” (Psiké Center of Psychology, Rome).

She has also cooperated for years with Rome’s Bar Association Research Center in the organization of seminars and professional and specialization training courses for lawyers and para-legals.

Laura Nissolino is a member of the Roman observatory on civil justice, an organization of judges and lawyers at Rome’s Civil Court aiming at promoting an improvement in the quality of civil processes.

Moreover since 2004, she is a regular contributor to law magazines and editors which published several her articles and textbooks.

In addition to that, Laura Nissolino was invited to several TV and radio shows in her capacity of expert in the protection of the rights within the family and of consumers’ rights (Rai, Sky, Roma Uno, etc.).

In 2005, she founded the forensic association Avvocati&Avvocati, of which she is the President. A network of lawyers throughout Italy, Avvocati&Avvocati is a member of the European Council for Human Rights and originated from the common will to modernize and improve the training and professional specialisation of lawyers and to grant clients a better service.
