Tim Colgan helps families facing separation and divorce reach fair agreements that allow them to put their children first and move past their divorce and separation. Colgan’s work helps families minimize the emotional pain and financial destruction normally associated with separation and divorce. He works best with clients who are interested in reaching fair agreements to achieve closure and preserve respectful relationships for the benefit of their children. Mr. Colgan trained in Collaborative Practice in 2007 and Mediation in 2008. He was the 2008 and 2009 President of the Collaborative Professionals of Central Pennsylvania (CPCP) and is the Chair of the Marketing Committee for CPCP for 2011 and 2014. He is also a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP) and is also a member of the Cumberland, York and Dauphin County Bar Associations and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Colgan is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, University Park and the Widener University School of Law.
