I have been practicing divorce and family law for over 30 years. I received divorce mediation training in 1995 and I have been an active mediator since then. While I have litigated all types of family law cases when necessary, my focus has been on negotiating positive and appropriate settlements for my clients. I was trained in Collaborative Divorce in 2013 and find the collaborative practice positive and energizing for all participants, and potentially transformative for clients.
