Gillian Stuart

Gillian has been practising family law for over 40 years and is trained in collaborative resolution, a practice that assists separated couples to achieve a win- win outcome through non- confrontational sessions without having to use the court system. She hails originally from Inverness, Scotland and practised as a family lawyer there for many years before moving to New Zealand. She has been practising family law in New Zealand since 2011 currently in Christchurch but still retains many clients in Otago where she was previously based.
