Cynthia Garnholz has over thirty years of experience in helping people resolve legal issues, including family law matters. For 13 of her years in practice, she has served as a part-time judge. Cynthia was a founding member of and has actively participated in her local collaborative practice group, Collaborative Family Law Association, and has attended several IACP conferences and collaborative trainings.

Cynthia understands that litigation can be very stressful, and is a strong believer in collaborative family law. She believes that families who commit to the collaborative process can emerge with good communication systems in place and emotionally healthier children.
