Lawyer, Mediator

I have been in the practice of law for over 22 years. After years of nasty family litigation, I am delighted to represent clients using the collaborative process. My goal has always been to leave a client in a better position than when I first met them. This is truly possible when applying the collaborative process to family law cases.

Comments

I have litigated hundreds of criminal and family law cases. Every case that goes to litigation is adversarial, contentious, and generally causes a great deal of damage to the participants & family involved. Collaborative law offers an alternative to the 'traditional divorce'. The professionals involved work very closely with the divorcing couple developing solutions for the current & future issues associated with separation/divorce. I really enjoy helping my clients & their families, without the threat & fear of the destruction that litigation brings.
