Kathryn Hoffman

Kathryn Hoffman has been a leader in the real estate industry since 1993, helping clients purchase and sell homes in the western suburbs of Chicago including DuPage, Will, Kane, and Kendall counties. As a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE), Ms. Hoffman is dedicated to serving family law attorneys and their clients, bringing neutrality and expertise to every sales transaction. She provides expert testimony and fair market valuations to assist family law attorneys in representing their clients. Ms. Hoffman's training includes all aspects of real estate in a divorce, the legal process, divorce finance, conflict management, and unbiased communication. She is also a member of the National Association of Divorce Professionals as a CDS - Certified Divorce Professional, a member of the RCS-S - Real Estate Collaborative - Divorce along with Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), supporting her role as a trusted expert. Ms Hoffman recently joined the DuPage County Bar Association as well as joining Collaborative Divorce Illinois as an affiliate member.
