I am committed to working in collaborative law and mediation so that my mental health expertise can support individuals and families find solutions and peace and live in greater congruence with their values. My professional background includes 30+ years of providing individual, couple and family and group therapy in a wide variety of multidisciplinary health care settings and private practice. I often work with separated and divorced couples and blended families to improve communication through collaborative problem solving. I have experience in inpatient and outpatient substance use/abuse treatment settings. I am a certified trauma therapist and utilize Internal Family System, Interpersonal Neurobiology and Attachment based treatment approaches.
