My professional background includes 30+ years of providing individual, couple and family and group therapy in a wide variety of multidisciplinary health care settings and private practice. I often work with separated and divorced couples and blended families to improve communication through collaborative problem solving. I am a certified trauma therapist and utilize Internal Family System, Interpersonal Neurobiology and Attachment based treatment approaches.
