Profession(s)

Lawyer, Mediator

I am a mediator for parents, families, and businesses, with a focus on neurodiversity and special needs, and elder and aging family issues. We help our clients have productive dialogue when they get stuck, especially when the issues involve important decisions affecting their neurodiverse children, or their elder or aging family members.

Coming together on sensitive and emotionally charged matters can be difficult for any family. Being able to communicate constructively often can be the difference between being stuck in conflict and moving forward together, whether it’s a discussion about parenting or co-parenting issues; a child’s medical, educational, financial, or support services needs; planning relating to aging family members; adult sibling disputes; or if divorce is a factor.

Serving MD, DC, VA and the Mid-Atlantic. Online mediation available for our clients' convenience and safety.

Area(s) of Practice: Parenting disputes, Family, Elder Mediation and Elder Care Mediation, Separation, Divorce, Parenting and Co-parenting issues, marital property, Neurodiversity / Special Needs / Learning Differences, Family Business, Commercial Business and Contract Disputes, Estate Planning, Probate, Life Stage, Adult Sibling Disputes, Extended Family Disputes, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, intellectual property disputes (copyright and trademark), joint venture and business operations disputes
