I have practiced almost exclusively in the area of family law for 27 years and have been an active Guardian ad Litem and Mediator for over 20 years. Given the complexities often presented by families, it is critical to consider seeking peace (and avoiding court processes) while preparing otherwise. To that end, the options for collaborative or other forms of dispute resolution will be presented early in the process, with an emphasis on alternatives for saving overall time/energy/money for each client.
