Marsha Hackenberg

Marsha Hackenberg practices in the area of Family Law with a focus on alternatvie methods of dispute resolution, including Collaborative Law, Mediation, Child Inclusive Mediation and Parenting Coordination. My philosophy is that family law matters rarely belong in a courtroom, especially when children are involved. Approaching a divorce when children are involved using alternate methods to reach the resolution typically results in a less stressful, longer lasting resolution, and is usually a less expensive process.
