Collaborative dissolution of marriage (divorce) is probably the most satisfying part of my practice. To see people who are going through a really stressful break-up of their marriage working together to solve the myriad of issues associated with divorce and doing so in a civil and organized manner is a welcome departure from the 'scorched earth' approach that sometimes occurs in litigation.
