As a Collaborative Practioner since 1997, I am proud to be a significant part of the Cincinnati Collaborative Community and the International Collaborative Community as the President of the IACP in 2014/2015. As a former Magistrate for the Hamilton County Juvenile Court, I recognized the benefit and need to provide a 'better' way to help families separate with dignity and respect and with the best interests of their children truly taken into consideration!
