Welcome and thanks for taking the time to review my Profile. I strongly support Collaborative and settlement oriented practice and would be very pleased to assist in any way possible.

I have practiced family law since 1986 and have seen my practice develop into a settlement oriented practice focused on creating long term durable Agreements through interest based negotiations and away from court centered work.

I am a Director and Charter Member of the BC Collaborative Roster Society, Member and on the Executive of the Okanagan Collaborative Family Law Group. I am also on the Roster for the BC Hear the Child Society and the BC Parenting Coordination Society. I am also a Family Law Mediator as accredited by the Law Society of BC.

I look forward to continuing the work of increasing the knowledge of the public and family dispute professionals in the use of Collaborative and settlement oriented practice.

Collaborative practice came to the Okanagan area of British Columbia in 2001 and I am hooked!! My practice since the early 2000's has gone from Court oriented work to interest based resolutions. I now practice almost exclusively in settlement type work. I am a Director and Charter Member of the BC Collaborative Roster Society, on the Roster of the BC Hear the Child Society as well as a Member of the Roster of the BC Parenting Coordination Society. In addition, I am accredited as a Family Law Mediator by the Law Society of British Columbia. I am very proud to support the Collaborative way!
