Comments

I am co-founder and President of the Sacramento Collaborative Practice Group. As a divorce mediator and a Certified Family Law Specialst for over 35 years I have seen the need for another 'appropriate' dispute resolution (ADR) - other than resorting to the adversarial system. I am dedicated to being a peacemaker and helping families resolve their disputes in a more respectful manner. My original trainings with Pauline Tesler and Chip Rose and being collaborative counsel in over 100 cases only confirms the tremendous benefit to divorcing couples of the collaborative process.
