Comments

I am co-founder and President of the Sacramento Collaborative Practice Group. As a divorce mediator and a Certified Family Law Specialst for over 30 years I have seen the need for another 'appropriate' dispute resolution (ADR) - other than resorting to the adversarial system. My original trainings with Pauline Tesler and Chip Rose and being collaborative counsel in many cases only confirms the tremendous benefit to divorcing couples of the collaborative process.
