My practice has evolved to a more holistic approach where I offer clients various ways to resolve their matter from litigation to collaborative law. I find it essential to offer clients the chance to resolve their matters using the collaborative model. I always encourage the importance of working together to solve problems rather than having a Court with little knowledge of their situation doing so. In the end, it is up to both parties to choose which process is best for them.
