Having practised matrimonial law since the early eighties, both in Ireland and in Bermuda, I am delighted to see the increased use of alternative dispute resolution. I have had a mediation practise as well as a traditional matrimonial practise and welcome the collobarative process as a new and exciting avenue for resolution of family law disputes.
