I discount my hourly rate for those choosing to use the Collaborative process because I believe it is better than traditional litigation for those who are capable and willing to use it. I was the first attorney in my town to offer Collaborative services. I have now moved to Seattle where I am a member of the Downtown practice group, a sub-group of King County Collaborative Law.
