Comments

During over thirty years of divorce litigation experience, I longed to be able to offer my clients an alternative that would minimize the impact upon their children, preserve their ability to communicate with their former spouses, and allow them to conclude the process with dignity. Collaborative law is that alternative option! I am a founding member of the Cleveland Academy of Collaborative Professionals, which is dedicated to affording collaborative professionals the opportunity to enhance their skills and develop best practice protocols. In the past, I have also been a member of the Center for Principled Family Advocacy (the umbrella ADR law group in northeast Ohio), for which organization ('CPFA') I served as a past Trustee and as one of its past Presidents.
