Lawyer, Mediator

I am a collaborative attorney and mediator practicing in Brooklyn and Manhattan, and Great Neck and the North Fork of Long Island. My practice focuses on family and couples conflicts, including in the LGBTQI and the trans communities, divorce, separation and custody and visitation/parenting plans, including relocation, and pre and post nuptial agreements.  I am also a review and consulting attorneys for couples in mediation. I am a founding member of the Long Island Collaborative Divorce Professionals, a founding member and the Assistant Director of the Brooklyn chapter of the National Association of Divorce Professionals, and an active member of the Brooklyn affiliate of the Staten Island Collaborative Law Group.I firmly believe that the collaborative process, where the parties shape and determine the results, is a far more effective method of resolving conflict than litigating in the traditional court system, and the process can allow you to maintain your relationships and produce agreements that best serve the interests of you and your family.
