Saraphoena B. Koffron

Saraphoena B. (Austin) Koffron has experience with a wide range of complex family law matters. She has experience representing clients in all phases of domestic relations such as early facilitated joint divorces, Collaborative Divorces, traditional litigation, post-judgment matters, and appellate advocacy in both the Court of Appeals and in the Michigan Supreme Court.

Mrs. Koffron’s personal experiences as a child of divorce and as a mother of three provide her with an intimate understanding of the complex nature of custody and parenting time disputes. She understands the importance of forging creative agreements to suit changing family dynamics without compromising core family values. In addition to her personal experiences, Mrs. Koffron draws from an extensive litigation and appellate background which enhances her efficient, practical, and no-nonsense approach to problem solving.
