A separation or divorce is an extremely emotional and stressful time. Kimberley listens to her clients, cares about what they are going through, and ensures their voice is heard throughout the legal process. With plenty of litigation experience in the family courts, Kimberley believes that fighting in court is very rarely in the best interests of the client. She provides support, advocacy and realistic advice. In the Collaborative process, Kimberley and her clients work with their families and other Collaborative professionals to resolve matters in a way that allows the client to move forward with their life in a positive light.
