With plenty of litigation experience in the family courts, Kimberley believes that fighting in court is very rarely in the best interests of the client. She provides support, advocacy and realistic advice. In the Collaborative process, Kimberley and her clients work with their families and other Collaborative professionals to resolve matters in a way that allows the client to move forward with their life in a positive light.
