As an experienced CPA, forensic accountant and business valuator who is committed to the collaborative process, the key is to help the parties understand and value all their assets, including explaining the business valuation methodology and why the business is worth X and not Y. I enjoy helping clients succeed by enhancing their understanding of financial matters (e.g. investments, options, businesses, cash flow, support, creative financing, etc. ), and I strive to meet the collaborative team’s needs and deadlines.
