Comments
Having been in practice as a specialist Family Lawyer for over 30 years, I have witnessed too often the failings of the Court system in determining issues between separated couples and the damage that can be caused to the family as a result. I have come to the conclusion that there has to be a better way and collaborative practice is it. Collaborative practice offers a dignified and respectful approach to the resolution of disputes which focuses on the needs and concerns of the family in a way which is likely to preserve their ongoing relationships in the future. I am committed to promoting collaborative practice as the preferred means of resolving all issues arising from the breakdown of a marriage or relationship and with my years of experience behind me, can help clients to find solutions which will best meet their needs and those of their children.
