SHANNON BURNETT

Shannon graduated from The University of Kentucky with honors in 1986. She lived and worked in Medellin, Colombia, South America, before returning stateside and attending law school at the University of South Carolina, from which she graduated in 1991. She is a member of IACP. She is the current Vice President of the South Carolina Collaborative Law Institute, President of The Law Office of Shannon K. Burnett, Inc., and a founding member and current lead of SCCLI - Columbia. Her practice focuses on Collaborative Law with an emphasis on families with asset issues (businesses, real estate protection), and protection of the children. She has taught other professionals about a collaborative practice. She is a certified Mediator and Guardian ad Litem for children in the Family Court system. Her goal is to have your family be the best version of itself on the other side of divorce.
