Practicing in the area of Collaborative Family Law allows me the opportunity to assist clients in reaching a mutually acceptable settlement through interest based negotiation without the adversarial aspects of traditional divorce. My goal is to assist clients in bringing closure to their marriage so they are able to restructure their relationship and move forward with mutual respect and dignity. This serves them well in all future dealings and is essential in order to successfully provide for the best interests of their children.
