I am a barrister, having practised in the UK and Australia. In recent years I have been moving away from a litigation based practice, to embrace an ADR focused practice, in particular mediation and collaborative law. I have undertaken training as a coach in order to act as a third party neutral in collaborative matters, as well as acting as a lawyer for one of the parties.
