Susan Shulenberger has been practicing law in Washington State since 1982. She began her career with a solid foundation in business law at leading Seattle law firms. Since 1998, she has focused her practice on complex family law in Seattle and King County. Susan is trained and experienced in Collaborative Law. During her years of practice, she saw the damage done by traditional litigation and supports collaborative law whenever possible.

Susan is the past chair of the Washington State Bar Association's Lawyers' Fund for Client Protection Board, which is a fund that serves to compensate people for losses due to attorney negligence. She is a past chair for the WSBA Character and Fitness Board, a group that recommends character qualifications for attorneys in Washington State. She is currently an adjunct disciplinary counsel.
