After 3 decades of gradually evolving from the litigation model to one that incorporated early stage or pre-filing mediation, I'm thankful to be ending my 4th decade of practice actively pursuing my next goal of exclusively employing the Collaborative process to resolve family law disputes, or serving as a mediator, sending those who wish to litigate, elsewhere.
