Introductory Collaborative Practice Training

Wouldn’t it be great to help change the culture of divorce in your community for the better? More and more couples are looking for a way to separate peacefully, privately and with dignity. Collaborative Practice can provide that way, and we need YOU! If you want to help families navigate the changes and challenges of divorce in a positive and compassionate way that helps minimize the impact on children...

Please join us at this 3‐day training for attorneys, mental health professionals, financial professionals, and mediators. The first two days will provide the foundational knowledge and skills necessary to provide Collaborative services to families using a team approach to problem‐solving. This training meets IACP standards for introductory interdisciplinary collaborative training. The third day will look “beyond basics” to help you deepen your skills on the “road to effective collaboration.”

The trainers are Kevin R. Scudder, attorney/mediator (www.ballardcollaborativelaw.com) and Anne Lucas, therapist/mediator/coach (www.collabtraining.com).
