Please join us as President Lori Gephart talks with Michael C. Russell, our new Executive Director, about innovation and the future of IACP in this town hall style discussion. Bring your questions to this Collaborative (pun intended) conversation.

Michael C. Russell:
Michael lives in Kansas City, KS, USA, and comes with a background in nonprofit management and extensive Executive Director experience. Michael has served as Executive Director for two 501(c)(3) membership organizations and has a membership and fundraising growth mindset. He also enjoys spending time with his daughter, Maeve, his spouse, Megan, and their dogs, Champ, and Beans. Michael is an Eagle Scout, an avid traveler, and sports enthusiast, especially KC Royals Baseball.

Lori Gephart:
Lori Gephart is the current president of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. She is president of North Hills Psychological Associates, Inc., a licensed psychologist in practice since 1990, a Collaborative Divorce Coach, Family Mediator, Speaker and Trainer. Her passion is helping to create peaceful conflict resolution and facilitate safe difficult conversations with individuals, couples, and groups. In addition to currently serving as president, Lori has served on the IACP Board as the past Co-Chair of the Fundraising Committee, past Secretary and Co-chair of the Practice Group Development Committee. Lori is also a leader in the Pittsburgh Pennsylvania area where she has served as President of the Collaborative Law Association of Southwestern Pennsylvania. She regularly speaks at professional, civic, and religious organizations regarding the collaborative family law process and provides introductory and advanced trainings in the Collaborative Process.
