Family Specialist "Teaming" Level I

Family Specialist "Teaming", Level I, will include an overview of a refined approach developed by a Coach and Child Specialist who have worked in tandem over the last decade.  The trainers will define "teaming" and cover how these roles are most effectively and efficiently utilized with families in the Collaborative Process.  In addition, they will discuss how to convey the benefits with potential clients, present examples of  model being used with clients, and introduce discoveries they have made in the fish bowl of their office.   Lastly, outcomes will be covered, as well as how to expand service offerings with this model.
